Overview
I was commissioned to develop a mural for STEPS and Plazacorp to be exhibited on the intersection of King St. West and Charlotte St. in Downtown Toronto. The mural tried to portray iconic buildings from the entertainment district as well as people, animals and delicious food which make part of the downtown scene.
In this project I used geometric shapes and vibrant colours to portray daily life in Toronto, from parents and children enjoying a day out in the city, to fashionable shoppers, sports fans and hungry critters, I wanted to portray how lively and vibrant downtown Toronto feels to me.
